It is the ardent hope of the Universal House of Justice that the spirit
of the Holy Year and the effect of obedience to the Law of
Huqúqu’lláh will produce a quickening of the believers’
awareness of the sacred character of the funds of the Faith and of the
essential part they play in carrying out the purpose of
Bahá’u’lláh’s Revelation.
