To an individual believer

Dear ...:
If Shoghi Effendi knew the address of the place where you order his stationery for him he would surely not give you that trouble. But unfortunately he does not, and knows what a pleasure it gives you to render him this added service.
He will, therefore, be very thankful if you order for him two thousand papers and two thousand envelopes of each of the two specimens I enclose for you—that is two thousand of the white sheets with the red engraving of the Greatest Name, and two thousand of the creamy colour paper with the blue engraving. Please remember that the envelope of the white sheets only have the Greatest Name on the back, while the other kind of envelope is ordinary and without the Greatest Name.
The Guardian sincerely hopes that the Convention now sitting will inaugurate a new era in the history of the Cause in America and that momentous decisions will be taken. His thoughts are all with you and he wishes you success from the bottom of his heart.
