To an individual believer

Dear Miss ... ,

He rejoices to know that through the devoted and valuable efforts of dear Mrs. Ives1 a group of thirteen believers has been formed in Moncton, and he cherishes the hope that this truly splendid start that has been made will be followed up by careful and well-planned teaching activity. He would urge you and each one of your fellow-believers to gird the loins of endeavour in this path, and to exert yourselves day and night until this supreme task is accomplished.
